With millions of copies in print, the Malazan Book of the Fallen series is truly an empire—one of the most iconic and celebrated series in epic fantasy. This series has never been fully available in paperback, and we’re very excited to announce a re-release and repackage of the full 10-book series in trade paperback starting next winter, with one book a month from February through November 2027.

The amazing cover art is by the talented Marc Simonetti, and might be familiar to some as the case art from the Broken Binding special editions in the UK, which we loved so much we wanted to put them front and center (with their gracious permission.)

Check out the new cover art for the first three books in the series—Gardens of the Moon, Deadhouse Gates, and Memories of Ice—below, along with process videos from the artist!
