Marvel Studios has released a “special look” at Captain Marvel, which is mostly just Carol Danvers being a grungy, sassy badass “clarifying this space invasion” for Nick Fury. That is, schooling the man behind S.H.I.E.L.D. on the incoming Skrull threat and what Kree like her are going to do about it.
Also, we have a new favorite “deal with it” look, and it is Carol propping her chin on her super-fist after casually delivering a proton blast.

Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom. The film stars Brie Larson, Samuel L.
