I'm the cat behind RED LIGHT PROPERTIES. Blossomed in Miami, armor-plated in New York, I'm creating my new work from my studio in São Paulo where the fruits are sweet and the music never stops.
Previously, I created the web/print comic SHOOTING WAR and the nonfiction political-journalism graphic novel 08: A GRAPHIC DIARY OF THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL. Through it all, I've been working on creating RLP, and pleased as hell you're reading this right now. I've got a site+blog at dangoldmandotnet and you may naturally follow me on the Twitter via @dddangoldmannn.Dan Goldman is a writer, artist and designer. His critically-acclaimed web-to-print comic SHOOTING WAR was selected as one of 2007's best graphic novels by The Village Voice and Publisher's Weekly. A frequent speaker on both digital comic processes and online distribution, he is also a founding member of the celebrated webcomics collective ACT-I-VATE, where he serializes the psychedelic psychodrama "KELLY." His newest graphic novel, 08: A GRAPHIC DIARY OF THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL with The New Republic's Michael Crowley, is a documentary-comic of the 2008 U.S. presidential race will be published by Crown Books on January 27, 2009.
