Oathbringer, the highly-anticipated third volume in Brandon Sanderson’s fantasy epic The Stormlight Archive, hits shelves on November 14. But you can start reading it NOW, for free on Tor.com!
The first 33 chapters of Brandon Sanderson’s Oathbringer
Don’t worry, while these chapters contain some exciting developments, this section is only the first of five parts. (Brandon Sanderson definitely brings the epic.)
Enjoy!
I am assuming by 33 we mean 0 (prologue) – 32. Thinking in computer science terms, at least. ;)
Are they free, or is there a cost in terms of the torments inflicted upon us for reading such emotionally drawing works?
Thank you, Tor and Brandon Sanderson, for doing this. I have never participated in the lead-up to any media release before this–sure, I looked forward to the book or movie coming out, but I never had a chance to chat and speculate and squeal incoherently with my fellow fans. It’s meant a lot. And I have never looked forward to anything more. Not even the new Star Wars movies, and Star Wars is my first geeky love. These pre-released chapters have been a delightful torment, and I know I will not sleep from the moment the book is in my hands til the last page is turned.
This is AWESOME. Thanks. The storm light archieve is the business. YEAH
Just checked Amazon.com. Oathbringer is #11 in sales among all Books, not just Fantasy or Science Fiction! Hooray for Sanderson!!!
Of course, I’ve already pre-ordered my copy. :-)
