The first trailer for Doctor Sleep:

We’re getting a lot of familiar locales from this trailer, but it’s hard to say if this is Danny revisiting the hotel, or if he’s working through his own memories of the place. (Though that shot of him through the iconic door certainly seems real…) It’s unclear just how many cues the film will be taking from Kubrick’s The Shining in order to build out from Stephen King’s 2013 novel, but the sets are exact in their recreation.

Doctor Sleep will hit theaters on November 8th.
