Eric Orchard is a cartoonist and illustrator living in Toronto. He started with minicomics in high school and started getting published professionally in his last year of art school (with a painting/art history degree). He has several picture books out and has done work for Top Shelf, Oni, Scholastic, First Second, Harper Collins, Subterranean Press and other publishers.
He has won the silver award in the comics category in the Spectrum Annual Art competition and won the Mayor’s Award for Illustration in Halifax. His work has also been included in the Society of Illustrator’s Annual competition and exhibition.
He has a weekly comic for kids at
Saturday Morning Webtoons.
