Warner Bros. has a lot of movies based on DC superheroes coming out in the near future, and what better way to remind us that they all exist and are coming to a theater near you than with a trailer full of quick shots from each film.
“The world needs heroes!” says the Warner Bros.’ marketing team. The trailer’s title, however, lives up to what we see in the one-minute clip. We start with a scene we’ve seen between Robert Pattinson and Zoë Kravitz’s Bat and Cat before cutting to Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam and then to Ezra Miller’s Flash (with voiceover from Michael Keaton), and Jason Momoa’s Aquaman.
The trailer has some new footage, most notably for Black Adam, where we get glimpses of Doctor Fate (Pierce Brosnan), Hawkman (Aldis Hodge), Atom Smasher (Noah Centineo), and Cyclone (Quintessa Swindell). As for The Flash, we see more of Miller’s new suit and eyewear—the perfect ensemble for multiverse travels.
And just to hammer things home, the trailer ends with the words “ONLY IN THEATERS.” That whole pandemic-related deal of Warner Bros. releasing everything simultaneously on HBO Max is over, folks.
We can catch these movies on the big screen in the upcoming year, however, with The Batman premiering March 4, Black Adam on July 29, The Flash on November 4, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom on December 16.
