We’ve gotten our Drew Struzan The Force Awakens poster, our epic ensemble poster, and now, character posters! Lucasfilm rolled out a new batch of very cool images, getting up close and personal with the main players we’ve seen in the trailers so far. But among this group of interestingly bifurcated faces, there’s at least one face missing…
Actually, there are several: In addition to still not seeing Luke Skywalker, we’re also missing Poe Dameron, Captain Phasma, and Maz Kamata (Lupita Nyong’o). Which is kind of cool, actually—so many studios reveal everything before the damn movie hits theaters, so Disney and Lucasfilm still have some cards to play close to the chest. In the meantime, enjoy these character posters!
Seriously, the motif of the lightsaber/blaster/etc. cutting across their faces is very effective. And Leia especially looks badass.
