In case you wanted to know what Albus Dumbledore was doing in the 1930s, the answer is apparently… sending Newt Scamander on secret missions?

So. Apparently Dumbledore is the one responsible for sending Newt to stop his ex. So Dumbledore basically has a thing about sending floppy-haired young men after great evil when he doesn’t feel like doing the work. Cool cool. Good to see the pattern emerging.
We get glimpses of a few new magical creatures, and another appearance from our bowtruckle friend! Jacob is back, though we don’t yet know where his memories resurfaced. We see Grindelwald, and Leta Lestrange, and we also see the Deathly Hallows symbol toward the end there. Lot going on here. Guess we’ll see what all the fuss is about come November 16th!
