This movie looks so good already! This morning io9/Gizmodo shared the Japanese trailer for Moana, emphasizing its “Miyazaki-ness” and we are completely on board with that. If there’s anything we need right now, it’s a little more Miyazaki-ness. The clip introduces us to a younger Moana than we’ve previously seen, and we get to see her wondrous relationship with the sea. Check out the full trailer below!
See? Your heart’s all melted now, isn’t it? It’s kind of a mess, but it’s worth it. Moana comes out on November 23rd in the U.S. (and we can’t wait!) and will hit Japanese theater next March.
